We offer you extra staff at temporary workloads, sick leaves, holiday leaves, specific projects, re-organizations, maternity leaves etc. Our goal is to provide you with the same staff member each time you need our services.

We take the full employer responsibilities such as salaries, sickness salaries, holiday salaries, payroll taxes, social fees, insurances and pensions. We lease out and recruit staff who agrees to your requirement specifications and wishes.

Our unit Magdalenas Pedagogues lease out or recruit staff to schools as well as to other sectors. We help you at urgent and/or planned absence, long term or short term, at work loads, sick leaves, holidays and maternity leaves. Our pedagogues are very carefully selected to agree with your requirement specification andare highly qualified with very good references.

The services include e.g. teachers F-5, 6-9, upper secondary school teachers, social pedagogues, recreations instructor (leader), preschool teachers, child minders, study advisers, career officers, school cuisine personnel, school nurses.
